The room we initially stayed in had poor lighting and lacked a view, but we were quickly moved to a room we loved.

We had an lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the charming streets and theaters of the city. I had a fantastic stay at Covent Garden Hotel, Firmdale Hotels. The staff were pretty good too accommodate my early check-in after a long flight. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, far better than the photos suggest. The included breakfast was excellent, especially the Full English. The location is perfect, with easy access to Covent Garden and all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location and staff were really good, making our stay nice. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent food at the restaurant added to the experience. The room wasnice and neat, and the views from the rooftop were fine. The personalized service for our anniversary was a wonderful touch.
