The room we initially stayed in had poor lighting and lacked a view, but we were quickly moved to a room we loved.

We had an lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the charming streets and theaters of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a large bath and separate shower. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a guest lounge with an honesty bar for ultimate convenience.

The hotel bar can be a bit pricey.

I had a fantastic stay at Covent Garden Hotel, Firmdale Hotels. The staff were pretty good too accommodate my early check-in after a long flight. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, far better than the photos suggest. The included breakfast was excellent, especially the Full English. The location is perfect, with easy access to Covent Garden and all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. the room was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony overlooking the city. the spa and wellness center was top-notch, offering a variety of massages and treatments. the continental breakfast in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. the bar/lounge area offered a cozy atmosphere to relax with a drink. the catering service was impeccable, catering to my dietary needs with special diet menus.
