The room we initially stayed in had poor lighting and lacked a view, but we were quickly moved to a room we loved.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a guest lounge with an honesty bar for ultimate convenience.

The hotel bar can be a bit pricey.

The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, far better than the photos suggest. The included breakfast was outstanding, especially the Full English. The location is perfect, with easy access to Covent Garden and all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.
